Title: Granny's Spiced Vinegar

1ptVinegar
1tbMolasses
1tsGolden syrup
1pnSalt
1/4tsPepper
1 Onion, grated, for juice
1 Garlic clove, crushed, for juice.
1tsLemon zest
1/2cWater
1/4tsGinger, ground

Blend all ingredients together, and store in a cool place. For a thicker sauce blend 1 tablespoon flour with a little cold water. Heat basic vinegar mixture and stir in thickener. Allow to cool and use within 2 weeks.
